The playgroup is a registered charity, run by a voluntary committee of parents. The committee is responsible for reviewing policy and practice and for the employment and management of staff.

Our Annual General Meeting is held either in the final term (in the summer) of the academic year or early in the Autumn Term. All parents and carers are encouraged to attend.
Our Pre-School is registered for children from the ages of 2 to 4 years old with non Early Education Funded children starting at the age of around 2 years 3 months (or earlier if eligible for the Government’s early years funding for two year olds).
Children’s names are placed on a contact list once a completed Initial Registration form has been received, places are then allocated (subject to available space) approx 3 months before a child is due to start. Please ask to see a copy of our full admissions policy for further details.
Parents and carers should note that attending our Pre-school does not guarantee admission to Ben Rhydding Primary School. Please contact the school directly to discuss their admissions procedure and catchment area, or visit Bradford Schools Online:

Please note that when you contact us, your details are stored on a secure mail system. When your child is registered with us your details are kept for the required amount of time as per GDPR legislation 2018. If you decide our Pre-school isn’t for you we will remove your details from our system.
