About the Committee

At Ben Rhydding Pre-School, it is the parents and carers who use the pre-school who make the major decisions over how it is run. At the end of each academic year, we elect a committee of volunteers at our Annual General Meeting, which all parents and carers are encouraged to attend. Our Committee, with the help of our playgroup leaders, ensures that all decisions which affect our pre-school are made effectively, are based on consensus and represent all the interested parties fairly. They ensure our pre-school is run in a way which complies with our constitutional, legal, and financial obligations. They raise funds, organise events and enable parental involvement. It takes a range of skills and a lot of enthusiasm to run our dynamic and successful pre-school. Luckily our committee has plenty of both. To contact any member of our committee click here
