New Sessions available and times. After Feb half-term, we are opening up Wednesday aftenoon sessions (12-3pm) which include lunch club. Also, we are opening up our Thursday & Friday afternoon sessions to children in our 'younger' group, meaning children attending our Thursday and Friday morning sessions have the option to do a 'full' day 9-3pm once they turn 3 years old. This also means that the Thursday & Friday afternoon session times alter from 12.10 - 3.10pm, to 12noon to 3pm. Fundraising Thank you for all your involvement in our fundraising in 2011. We have bought a brand new climbing frame & slide, and had a digging bed made in the play area. New for January 2012, we purchased some shelving for the storage areas. Next on our wish list are some more outdoor resources; some wall mounted chalk boards, weatherproof 'posters' including numbers and letters etc. and laying a path from the playround gate to the main path. We have a few tea-towels left, let us know if you would like one, they are £4 and include every child that was registered with us before Christmas. We have orderd 36 Nativity DVD's, thank you for your orders. The Book People will occasionally leave books for us to look at and order. Simply write your name on the form in the waiting area, tick the book(s) you would like and hand cash or cheques made payable to the Book People Ltd to a member of Playgroup staff. Books will be delivered the following week. A percentage of sales goes towards new books for Playgroup. Please can we ask that parents/carers don't bring scooters or bikes into the building. If your children really want to bring them, they must be locked up along the fence with a suitable lock, or passed to staff to place in the play area. We cannot take responsibility for items left. We do now own lots of scooters and balance bikes for use during the session.  Looks a bit different now from the pictures below!!
