Playgroup Staff
We are proud of the high ratio of adults to children in our playgroup. This ensures individual attention to the needs and development of each child. The regular staff in our playgroup are:

Up to 3 parents per session will be on duty as well as at least 3 members of staff, providing a minimum ratio of 1 adult to 6 children.
Staff wear red, students wear green tabards and duty people are offered blue tabards, to protect clothing and identify them to the children.
Students on placement at Playgroup will be there as part of ongoing childcare/early years study, this includes mature students and students from Ilkley Grammar School.
Students are not counted in the adult:child ratios.
