Toy and Equipment Sale
At Christchurch, Riddings Hall on Saturday, 17th November '07 at 10 a.m.
Another opportunity to clear out your unwanted good quality toys, games, videos, books, computer games and also baby equipment. Playgroup will be holding a sale on
Saturday 17th November 2007 from 10 am to 12 pm at Christchurch, Riddings Hall, Riddings Road, Ilkley. Items will be sold on a 50% to you, 50% to Playgroup basis.
Please itemise your goods for sale on the list attached and label each item as illustrated below. Please do not sell goods with a value of less than £1 as they are too fiddly to sort at the end. These smaller items can be bagged/bundled together to make the value of £1 or over. Goods for sale can be delivered to Christchurch, Riddings Hall, between 9.00am and 10.00am on the day of the sale. If this is inconvenient they can be delivered to the church on Friday 16th November between 1.00pm and 3.00pm. You can also bring smaller items to the Playgroup building after the morning sessions (11.30am) from Monday to Friday or before afternoon sessions 12.35pm (15th and 16th November.)
If you have any larger items you wish to sell that are not easily transportable, please provide a photo or description with your contact details so we can advertise these for you on our notice board.
Due to the lack of storage facilities, especially for items of equipment, unsold goods should be collected at the end of the sale on Saturday 17th from 12.30 – 1.00pm. If you are unable to collect unsold goods on the day of the sale, please make other arrangements when dropping goods off. Any items not collected will be donated to charity. Please indicate on your itemised sheet if you wish your remaining toys/equipment to be donated.
Money can be collected from playgroup on Monday 19th November
Playgroup parents please support the sale by telling your friends and relatives. Anyone can bring their goods as long as they are properly itemised and labelled and the sale is open to all. Please number your items clearly – any items not numbered will not be included in the sale.
